Creative and compassionate therapy to help your child thrive.

Clare O’Callaghan, HCPC Registered Art Psychotherapist

Offering in-person art therapy services for children, adolescents and young adults in Belfast, Northern Ireland.

Hi, I'm Clare

and I’m passionate about supporting children, young people and their families as they navigate life’s big feelings, changes and challenges.

Sometimes life and the changes it can bring can feel overwhelming for children, especially when they don’t yet have the words to express their feelings. Through creativity, connection, and curiosity, art therapy provides a safe space to explore emotions, build understanding, and support emotional wellbeing.

Whether you're seeking support for your child, a young person, or yourself, finding the right therapist is an important step.

decide together

There is no pressure to decide right away. We will consider whether therapy feels like the right next step and whether we’re a good fit to work together.

You know your child best.

A space to feel comfortable, understood and at ease.

Starting therapy can feel like a big step, particularly for a child or young person who may already feel unsure about what to expect.

I've created a calm, welcoming space where children and young people can feel safe to be themselves, talk openly and explore things at their own pace. Whether you're a parent wondering what the space will be like, or a young person preparing for your first session, I want you to feel familiar and comfortable before you arrive.

Take a look inside the therapy space, find out where I’m based, and get a feel for what to expect when you visit.
